How does my plan adapt?
Your plan automatically adjusts to your progress based on your logged workouts. Thus, if we feel your fitness is improving beyond the scope of your current training, we'll pick things up a bit.
Same goes if you're a bit behind (that's OK!) - we'll scale back and make sure your training is optimized to you.
But keep in mind - you don't need to constantly up the intensity of your training in order to progress your fitness! That's playing with fire, always thinking you have to 'pick things up' in order to get better.
You'd rather stick with the same paces/mileage too long than ramp up too fast and risk injury and overtraining.
So your plan WILL adapt to you. But it might be more gradual than you'd expect.
